It doesn't matter where you're from. It doesn't matter who you were in the past. All that matters is who you are now.
At the Local City Scene, you're in the now. Gain fame, gain fans. Use and abuse people and substances to get noticed, to get to the top. After all, the only thing that matters is sex, drugs, and rock & roll.
Impress famous bands. Wear the current styles. Be original, be yourself. Do what it takes to get noticed, because that's the only way to make it in the music biz.
But it's not all about the band, contrary to popular belief. There's the roadies and the managers, the groupies and the girlfriends. The people who do everything to get their friends famous, without getting any of the credit. How will you inspire the band?
And then there's the fashionistas. The makeup artists. The people who go out of their way to style the band, all so that they get good ratings.
Oh, and who could forget the music critics? The journalists? The photographers? They're the ones who will make or break you, so don't get on their bad sides.
So all that's left to ask is... are you up for it? Can you handle the criticism, the pressure, the fame? Can you make it to the top without cracking, or will it go to your head?
Please note that just because you play in a band that is famous in real life, it doesn't mean that you start famous. You get to work your way up just like everyone else.HOME - RULES - PLOT - ADVERTISE
