One of the scariest things you'll have to do is leave everything you once knew behind. It's been four years since the class of two-thousand nine first stepped foot inside Santa Monica High - each person coming with a completely different story. Some have been waiting for the end of senior year since the second they arrived, and others just don't want to let go. Together they've fallen in love, taken chances, made mistakes, realized their dreams, and now they'll have to learn how to say goodbye. A clique full of self-proclaimed princesses that once ruled the school are about to take off their crowns forever. Freshman are about to enter a life style of secrets, gossip, and lies, while seniors are about to start a whole new chapter in life. While everything is about to change for everyone, whether they like it or not, one thing remains the same: the way the summer sun falls over California and how the Pacific Ocean crashes along the sandy shore.
While the freshmen are growing up and seniors are about to face reality, summertime in Santa Monica isn't all about the sun kissed tans and flawless faces. When the sun fades over the ocean, the alcohol and drugs begin to surface - being the perfect party starter to some, while others want nothing to do with that scene. Vacationers are about to come and go while facing dark secrets and mixing in with old feelings. Once the summer is over and done, there's no telling where the class of oh-nine will be. Some will want to forget their past and start over; others expect to find their true love. Some feel they are destined to make a change, and others will want to believe in fairytales even though reality is on the horizon. Some will slip-up and others will shine. And in the end, all the past is just a lesson that they've learned and will never forget. You can't forget it. Don't forget!
