It's 1974 and the NYC streets can't get any more dangerous. It's an ongoing war out there, struggling to stay alive in this big city of dirt and grime. The police can't do a thing about it. Lord knows they've tried, but the sad truth is that the streets no longer belong to them. Hell, ask any bopper soldiering out there and they'll tell you the streets never belonged to them in the first place. Yeah, the gangs seem to think the whole city is their turf, their playground. Yet, they all seem to pick a little portion and protect it, constantly fighting in an effort to branch out. It seems the jokes on them, they'll never get anywhere that way. The only number that'll be growing is the death rate of this city, but even then that's expecting the city to even care what happens to these 'no good kids'. That's right too, these soldiers only range in age from their young teens to their early twenties, can't find any older boppers out there, they're either in prison or a wooden box that comes in their size. However, it's hard not to be distracted by their cool threads or scared away by their threatening reputations. There's hundreds of gangs out there, all just trying to do the only important thing there is out there. If you actually even value your life that is , SURVIVING IN THE CITY.
